ONLINE BOOKING ONLY: You must schedule your appointment on this page. Appointment requests are not accepted via Instagram, email, or text.
We value our clients time as well as ours. ALL appointments REQUIRE a $35 DEPOSIT that is taken at the time of booking.
Deposits: Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, However If you can not make it to your appointment, your deposit can be transferred ONE TIME if Notified or Rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time. If your appointment is not rescheduled within 48 hours of service, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book. If you wish to cancel your appointment COMPLETELY with no plan of rescheduling PLEASE remember your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation: If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "NO SHOW" and charged the FULL price of the service(s).
*As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent in advance of appointments by email to the given contact information given at the time of booking.
Reschedule / Cancel: Click 'Change/Cancel Appointment' at the bottom of the email.
*If you wish to cancel your appointment, please remember your deposit is non-refundable.
*If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please refer to your original confirmation email sent on your booking date.
The remaining balance on services can be paid via credit/debit card or cash.
Late Fee: We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, after a 15 Minute grace period we cannot guarantee that your service(s) will be performed that day and will have to forfeit deposit. This is in respect to our guidelines and clients for the day.
COLOR CLIENTS: New or Pre-Existing clients must ALWAYS book a color consultation beforehand. You will not be able to get the service the day of.
